Crab Curry  
   
Serves 2

Ingredients

4-5 crabs (500 gram) 

1 tablespoon oil
10 gr. (¼ oz) Kashmiri red chillies
Little turmeric
10 gr. (¼ oz) coriander ½” ginger
Few flakes of garlic A small ball tamarind
a pinch of cumin seeds ½ “cinnamon
250 gr (9oz)onions 100 gr. (4oz) coconut
115 gr (4oz). tomatoes
Salt to taste

Method
Wash crabs and cut each into 4 pieces or as desired. Grind spices with coconut to a fine paste. Heat oil and fry the ground masala and crab pieces. Add chopped tomatoes and salt and cook on slow fire. When crab is cooked, add tamarind water and cook for 15-20 minutes

Use crab muscle instead of small crab Reduce the amount of coconut used
