Goa Prawn Masala  
   
Serves 4

Ingredients

1 Kg- Prawns ( Medium Size )

½ Tcup- Sliced Onions
½ Tcup- Oil Salt- To Taste

Paste
Ingredients

15 No- Whole Red Chilli

2 Nos- Cinnamon Stick ( 1 Inch Each )
2 Tbsp- Cumin Seeds 3 Tbsp- Roughly Chopped Ginger
1 Tsp- Turmeric Powder 6 Tbsp- Malt Vinegar
15 No- Cloves  

Method
Shell, Devein, Wash and Pat Dry the Prawns.
In a Blender put all the Ingredients to be made to a Paste and then add about
6-7 Tbsp of Water and make a Fine Paste.
Heat Oil in a Kadhai and then to it add Sliced Onions and sauté it well till Golden Brown.
Next add the Paste to it and sauté well until the Oil leaves the Masala.
Add Prawns and sauté well until they get Cooked and become Dry.
Add Salt and mix well.
Check the Seasoning.Adjust accordingly.
Serve Hot Skewered on Toothpicks for Cocktails.
