Ingredients
500 gm. meat 1 cup barley sattu
2tsp.salt dried buttermilk called chhurpa

Vegetarian
Ingredients
500 gm. dried peas 200 gm. turnips
250 gm. radish 250 gm. any green vegetable
500 gm. potatoes 200 gm. wheat flour
200 gm. cabbage 2 tsp. Salt

Method
Cut the meat or vegetables in small pieces and boil in water. When cooked, add salt and barely sattu or wheat flour. When cooked take off the fire.
