Bamboo Curry  
 
Serves 5

Ingredients
500 gm. bamboo shoots 1 onion
Mustard oil as required (15 ml) 1/4 tbsp. turmeric powder
2 chillies Green coriander chopped

Method
Chop the bamboo shoots into fine slices and mix with the ground masala.
Fry in mustard oil till bamboo shoots are tender.
