Ingredients

1/2 kg maize flour

1/4 tsp. turmeric
1/4 kg wheat flour 1/4 tsp. chili powder
4 tbsp plain yogurt 1 1/2 tsp. oil
3 cloves garlic, grated salt and pepper to taste
4 green chilies very finely chopped oil for frying
1"piece ginger, grated  

Method
Mix all the ingredients and knead well to make dough. Add a little water if necessary. Divide into equal parts. Heat a griddle or a skillet and grease with few drops of oil. Roll out each ball into a medium sized chapatti, and fry till both sides are evenly browned.
