Rajma  
   
Serves 4

Ingredients

3 Tcup- Cooked Kidney Beans
(Hindi Term Rajma)

½ Tsp- Red Chili Powder
3 Tbsp- Oil Tsp- Cumin Seeds ½ Tsp- Coriander Powder
1 Tsp- Chopped Garlic 1 Tsp- Salt
1 Tsp- Grated Ginger 1 Tsp- Garam Masala Powder
Tsp- Chopped Green Chili 1 Tcup- Water
2 Nos- Medium Size Onions (Chopped) 4 Tbsp- Chopped Coriander Leaves
2 Nos- Medium Size Tomatoes (Chopped)  

Garnish
Chopped Coriander Leaves

Method
1. Heat Oil in a Kadhai and to it add Cumin Seeds. Then add Ginger, Green Chilies and Garlic to it and sauté well.
2. Add Onions to it and sauté well. Add Tomatoes to it and sauté it well too.
3. Add all the Indian Spices and mix well.
4. Add Cooked Rajma to it and mix well.
5. Add water and let the Rajma simmer well for some time. Add Water as per Consistency needed.
6. Check the Seasoning and adjust accordingly.
7. Add Coriander Leaves to it and mix well.
8. Serve hot garnished with Chopped Coriander Leaves.
