To Note:
- IN THE BREAKFAST AND TEA TABLES GIVEN IN THESE DIETS THE CALORIC CONTENT OF A SIDE DISH SUCH AS DHAL,SAMBAR OR CHUTNEY HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED.THESE SIDE DISHES WILL PROVIDE AT LEAST 75-100 CALORIES EXTRA.IF A SIDE DISH IS TO BE EATEN, THE OUANTITY OF THE FOOD-STUFFS EATEN SUCH AS IDLY, PURI OR DOSA HAS TO BE REDUCED ACCORDINGLY. SIMILARLY, AN EGG OR A FRUIT CAN BE ACCOMMODATED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE MAIN ITEM.
