of different categories. Due to the fact that the attendance at the Meeting
will be restricted to around 800 people, we kindly ask you to reserve your

as soon as possible. The Congress Bureau is unable to guarantee rooms after

Payment
To guarantee your hotel reservation full amount has to be sent along with all requests for hotel bookings. As soon as the hotel booking is confirmed, you will be sent the Confirmation Voucher along with your accommodation confirmation number.
Please Note:
- The room confirmation is subject to full advance for the duration of the stay.
- The US$ rates are valid for Foreign Nationals/ NRI's whereas the INR rates are valid for Indian Nationals only.
- Rooms are subject to availability.
- Rates are subject to change.
Cancellation of Hotel Accommodation
Only written cancellations and changes will be accepted.

Before 1 August 2005
- 100% refund (minus Rs. 1000 or U.S $ 50 handling fee)

Between 1 August 2005
and 1st October 2005, 50% refund (minus Rs. 1000 or U.S $ 50 handling
fee)
- If cancellation
is received after 1st October no refund of the hotel costs is possible.
All refunds will be processed after the Meeting
